Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-10-01

By using bindery77.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who runs this site

Bindery 77 is the trading name of one person, an individual working as an independent entrepreneur. It is not a company. Contact: [email protected].

Nothing here is an offer

The site gives general information about me. It is not an offer, quote, proposal or promise of any service, price or timeline. I only provide services under a separate written agreement that both of us have signed. That agreement is the only thing that governs services. These terms do not, and nothing you read here changes it.

Using the site

You may read the site and link to it. Do not try to break it, overload it, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Ownership

The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to me or are used under licence. You may quote short parts with credit. Please ask before copying more. Third-party names mentioned belong to their owners.

Emailing me

Emails to [email protected] are handled as described in the privacy policy. Writing to me does not create a contract or a professional relationship. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information in a first email.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. I do my best to keep it accurate and running, but I do not promise it will be error-free, always available, or suitable for your purpose. To the extent the law allows, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. My total liability to you for any claim about the site is limited to US $100. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or intentional wrongdoing, and it does not take away rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

If the site links to another website, I do not control it and am not responsible for it.

Changes

I may change the site or these terms at any time. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the current version.

Governing law and disputes

Massachusetts law governs these terms and any dispute about the site, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If we disagree, please email me first. If we cannot settle it, we will try mediation before either of us goes to court. Either of us may then use small claims court where the court has authority to hear the case. Nothing here limits any rights you cannot waive under the law of the place where you live.
